Peace of Mind
As a licensed builder/vendor with The Home Construction Regulatory Authority, our homes are warranted by Tarion and the Ontario New Home Warranties Act.

Pre-Delivery Orientation
Before you move in a pre-delivery orientation will take place to demonstrate the features of the home. During this walk through, the homeowner will have the opportunity to identify and note any concerns on the PDI form, which we are fully committed to addressing. The PDI form is also submitted to Tarion as part of the warranty process.
Post-Possession
As part of the warranty process, within 41 days of taking possession, if you feel that you have any outstanding items to be addressed, you may submit an Initial Form to Tarion and to our team. We will reach out to arrange a follow-up inspection and will then, if necessary, coordinate the repair as efficiently as possible.

Warranty Coverage
Your warranty coverage is divided into three time periods with each offering protection against specific items.
One-Year Warranty – This begins on the date of possession and lasts one year from that date and includes items such as defects in work or materials.
Two-Year Warranty – Applies for two years, beginning on the date of possession and includes items such as water penetration and defects in the electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
Seven-Year Warranty – Your home’s seven-year warranty covers major structural defects and begins on the date you take possession and ends on the seventh anniversary of that date.
